- 7:00 to 9:30 PM: Experience at El Cielo, considering an alternative to the heavy meat options.
- 10:00 PM: Return to the hotel for rest.
- 8:00 AM: Helicopter departure to Guatape.
- 9:00 AM: Breakfast at Luxe with views of the water. Luggage will be taken directly to the villa.
- 10:30 AM: Time for refreshing, showering, and gathering in the common area.
- 10:45 AM: Introduction to BMS Personal Growth and setting intentions.
- 12:00 to 1:30 PM: Enjoy fresh juices and lunch.
- 1:30 to 3:30 PM: Activities including massages, yoga, facials, and meditation.
- 6:00 PM: Dinner at Luxe, considering alternatives.
- 8:00 AM: Start the day with a fruity breakfast and activities to engage in BMS, including a hike to the top of Penol.
- 8:30 AM: Meditation, gratitude, and yoga sessions.
- 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Focus on mindfulness, personal growth, and belief systems.
- 12:30 to 2:00 PM: Lunch, followed by a walk and juices.
- 2:00 to 4:00 PM: Time for sharing insights and experiences.
- 4:00 to 4:30 PM: Rest, relax, and shower.
- 4:30 to 6:30 PM: Sunset boat ride.
- 6:30 to 8:30 PM: Dinner - a hearty, healthy meal, or a group BBQ.
- 8:00 AM: Departure from Guatape via helicopter.
- 9:00 AM: Arrival in Medellin, with transportation provided to the airport. Participants may also opt for a one-night stay in Medellin if needed.
